November 2019: Moreno Valley experienced a 3.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Moreno Valley rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 155 homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $328,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 162 homes sold in Moreno Valley in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for 2019 was $2,852. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,731. This marks an increase of 4.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.8%.
