November 2019: Home prices in Idyllwild-Pine Cove fell

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove fell by $117,000 while total sales increased by 110%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,000 - a 27.6% decrease over the $424,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Idyllwild-Pine Cove for 2019 was $2,606. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,435. This marks an increase of 7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.8%.
