Pricing for the median home in Moreno Valley increased during September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Moreno Valley rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 158 homes sold, with a median sale price of $378,500 - a 9.1% increase over the $347,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 177 homes sold in Moreno Valley in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,852, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
