September 2020: Home prices in Perris increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Perris rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $342,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Perris in September 2019.
