Riverside median home prices rose by 12% in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Riverside rose by $50,000 while total sales increased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 352 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 12% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 300 homes sold in Riverside in October 2019.
