October 2020: Perris experienced a 13.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Perris rose by $45,250 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $383,250 - a 13.4% increase over the $338,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Perris in October 2019.
