October 2020: Home prices in Cabazon increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Cabazon rose by $35,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cabazon in October 2019, as well.
