Mira Loma median home prices rose by 2.8% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Mira Loma rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $555,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $540,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Mira Loma in January 2020.
