Pricing for the median home in Moreno Valley increased during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Moreno Valley rose by $58,500 while total sales decreased by 47.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $404,750 - a 16.9% increase over the $346,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 146 homes sold in Moreno Valley in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,852, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
