Idyllwild-Pine Cove home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove rose by $65,000 while total sales increased by 585.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 24.3% increase over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Idyllwild-Pine Cove for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,282, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
