Mira Loma home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Mira Loma rose by $90,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $590,000 - a 18% increase over the $500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Mira Loma in August 2019.
