Corona home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Corona rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $557,500 - a 7.2% increase over the $520,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Corona in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,035, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
