Riverside home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Riverside rose by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 28.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $406,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 173 homes sold in Riverside in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,709, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
