Banning home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Banning rose by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $248,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Banning in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Banning for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,210, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
