Mountain Center home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Mountain Center rose by $239,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $640,000 - a 59.9% increase over the $400,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mountain Center in the second quarter of 2019.
