Norco home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Norco fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 21.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $564,000 - a 4.6% decrease over the $591,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Norco in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Norco for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,843, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
