Moreno Valley home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Moreno Valley rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 43.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 326 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 573 homes sold in Moreno Valley in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,568, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
