Idyllwild-Pine Cove home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $333,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $323,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Idyllwild-Pine Cove for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,282, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
