White Water home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in White Water fell by $77,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,000 - a 29.6% decrease over the $261,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in White Water in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in White Water for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,272, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
