Idyllwild-Pine Cove home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove rose by $7,500 while total sales increased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Idyllwild-Pine Cove for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,282, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
