White Water home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in White Water fell by $69,250 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,000 - a 27.3% decrease over the $253,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in White Water in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in White Water for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,272, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
