Norco home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Norco fell by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $568,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $596,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Norco in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Norco for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,843, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
