Corona home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Corona rose by $15,250 while total sales decreased by 37.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 161 homes sold, with a median sale price of $540,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $524,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 256 homes sold in Corona in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,035, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
