Mira Loma home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Mira Loma fell by $66,250 while total sales decreased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $448,750 - a 12.9% decrease over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Mira Loma in June 2019.
