Calimesa home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Calimesa rose by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $431,500 - a 9.9% increase over the $392,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Calimesa in June 2019.
