Palm Springs home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Palm Springs fell by $50,500 while total sales decreased by 30.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $416,500 - a 10.8% decrease over the $467,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 146 homes sold in Palm Springs in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Palm Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,106, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
