Beaumont home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Beaumont rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 56.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Beaumont in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Beaumont for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,258, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
