Idyllwild-Pine Cove home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 0.5% increase over the $318,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in June 2019.
