Corona home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Corona rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 235 homes sold, with a median sale price of $495,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $480,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 267 homes sold in Corona in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,033, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
