Banning home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Banning rose by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $222,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Banning in October 2017.
