Idyllwild-Pine Cove home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,500 - a 2.5% decrease over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in October 2017.
