Riverside home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Riverside rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 272 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,500 - a 5.7% increase over the $378,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 286 homes sold in Riverside in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,709, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
