Idyllwild-Pine Cove home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove rose by $124,000 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $424,000 - a 41.3% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in November 2017.
