San Jacinto home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in San Jacinto rose by $16,250 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,250 - a 6% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in San Jacinto in November 2017.

The median sales tax in San Jacinto for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,440, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
