Banning home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Banning rose by $20,750 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $219,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Banning in November 2017.
