Mira Loma home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Mira Loma rose by $85,500 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $555,000 - a 18.2% increase over the $469,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mira Loma in December 2017.
