Cherry Valley home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Cherry Valley fell by $129,500 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 32.8% decrease over the $394,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cherry Valley in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Cherry Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,537, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
