Coachella home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Coachella fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 4.1% decrease over the $244,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Coachella in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Coachella for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,148, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
