Mira Loma home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mira Loma rose by $36,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $479,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $442,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Mira Loma in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Mira Loma for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,209, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
