Moreno Valley home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Moreno Valley rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 2,139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 2,496 homes sold in Moreno Valley in 2017.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,568, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for 2018.
