The Riverside Sheriff’s Office announced on May 11 that Cheyenne Phillips, a 24-year-old woman from Chino, died following an incident on eastbound State Route 60 in Moreno Valley. The coroner’s report lists the date of death as May 10 at approximately 2:20 p.m., with the injury occurring ten minutes earlier at the same location, east of the Day Street off ramp.
